Publishing my First Book

The Honest Unofficial Expat Guide to The Netherlands

One of my proudest achievements is the creation of The Honest Unofficial Guide to The Netherlands, a project my partner and I crafted together for expats considering or in the process of moving to the Netherlands.

This book offers a deep dive into our own expat journey, sharing firsthand experiences, stories, and practical tips for navigating life in the land of tulips and canals. This guide is designed to help newcomers settle into their new home with ease.

Conceptual Art and Generative Ai

With the recent surge in AI, I’ve discovered a world of endless possibilities for creativity. 
Instead of shying away from something that felt unfamiliar, I decided to explore the other side, and it’s been incredibly rewarding!

In the realm of creative AI, imagination truly knows no bounds. While it might seem like AI does it all (and trust me, it does a lot!), it still takes human collaboration to make the dream happen. Yes, AI can speed up processes that would usually take much longer, like scouting locations or hiring talent, but it still needs clear instructions to bring ideas to life. After some fun hours of tweaking, retouching and enhancing, AI lets me bring my dreams to reality, making the creative process even more exciting!

Ingrini

In 2017, my fiancé, our cat Ohana, and I moved to the Netherlands.
A year later, I launched Ingrini as a jewellery business, fulfilling a lifelong dream. Later, it evolved into a platform for digital art and books, allowing me to grow both personally and professionally.
As a one-woman business, I wear many hats—artist, branding expert, photographer, editor, copywriter, and marketing manager. Every aspect of Ingrini was a labor of love, reflecting my passion, dedication, and commitment to artistic growth and self-expression.

Ingrini Collaborations

Working with some of the most amazing women through collaborations with Ingrini Jewellery was an incredible experience. It was truly an honour to be approached by self-made lifestyle and fashion influencers, who wanted to share pieces I created with their following. These women, from Spain, Belgium, and Portugal, not only broadened my horizons but also connected me with inspiring women from all over Europe. The joy and surreal feeling of seeing my work reach different countries through these collaborations is something I’ll cherish forever.

Career

Throughout my career, I've always strived to do my best. Working across diverse industries has provided me with invaluable tools for growth and a deep appreciation for design diversity. Every experience, with its highs and lows, has pushed me to continually improve, both personally and professionally. I'm truly grateful for the journey and the lessons learned, as they have shaped me into who I am today - something I consider priceless.

Bachelor of Arts Degree

Attending the AAA School of Advertising was a blessing for which I’m incredibly grateful. I’m proud to have added this achievement to my credentials, but even more so for the opportunity to engage with and learn from talented peers and lecturers. The experience was truly invaluable. Below is one of my favourite projects from that time.
